I do all the legwork: I can preview homes to save you time, find nice neighborhoods you might not have considered, help you decide on what features are critically important in your next home, do research to help you assess the value of potential new homes, give you advice regarding the condition of the home you are considering buying, coordinate title company obligations, contracts, paperwork, and scheduling.I advise and recommend. I have an extensive network of good people to assist my clients with mortgage banking, title insurance, property insurance, legal advice, remodeling, roofing, air conditioning and heating, electrical, plumbing, landscaping and lawn care, gutters, fencing, concrete  work, et cetera.
